Sam and Jordyn kick-off of the Big Life podcast as a new college soccer season gets underway! Jordyn, a Michigan State junior (and forward), and Sam, a 5th-year defender at the University of Iowa, are just getting back into the swing of soccer after a bit of time off in the summer. These fast friends and friendly rivals chat about the excitement of starting up again, the rigors of soccer pre-season, passing the spark test, mandatory ice baths, and discovering that they actually play each other in the last game of the season. Jordyn shares about her adventures in Australia over the summer and we learn that Sam is also a very accomplished referee.
